| Abstract: |
| Hydraulic fracturing is an important technology to increase production in low permeability reservoir, which has been introduced in coalbed gas production recently. Some characteristics of fracturing fluid such as multi-kind, high-viscosity and large-blending-quantity, are required with the increment of depth and temperature, the quality and efficiency of blending fracturing fluid attract increasing attentione gradually. A special structure of storing fracturing fluid, which called “pool in pool”, is proposed in this paper to store many kinds of fluid without cost increment. Blending technology and equipment with high efficiency property are also developed in the paper. By means of the technology, dry gum surrounded by water is eliminated and solid additive can be mixed into viscosity basic fluid evenly. The technology and equipments were used in Gaoping station of Daqing oilfield in 2007. The capacity of Gaoping station is 300m3 per hour, and six kinds of fracturing fluid and two kinds of cross linker can be stored at the same time. The fracturing fluid production is automatic process controlled by PLC. The station also has some characteristics such as good quality, multi-kind fluid, and high blending efficiency. Practical application for 4 years verifies that: Gaoping automatic production station possess advanced technology of blending fracturing fluid with reasonable production flow , and the design method of Gaoping station can provide reference to other stations. |
