| Abstract: |
| The fast development of the information technology brings in the structure changing of automatic system, corporation information systems based on network integrated automatic system comes into being. Considering the fact of complexity of flotation process and the influence of reagent on flotation index, based on the PLC communication interface and configuration software, the process control system(PCS) for flotation process combines both the pulp level control system and automatic reagent dosing equipment in order to supervise the operations in accordance with the production parameters. The integration and application of the PCS for flotation process are particularly introduced in this paper. |
