| Abstract: |
| The strength characteristics of red mud from Bayer process of a alumina enterprise are studied in the paper. By tri-axial test,the stress-strain curve and the shear strength parameter of red mud with different water content are presented. The stability of a red mud slope is analyzed by Bishop Method. The results are valuable to the design,building of red mud dam and other engineering application of the red mud. |
