| Abstract: |
| Virtual design of the ultra-heavy vibrating screen 2YAC2460 was finished. Kinematical simulation and dynamics analysis were also done. Oscillating motor set was innovatively developed,which could avoid damaging the motor set when the machine starts or stops, so life of belt and motor set was longed. Finite element analysis of screen box of the ultra-heavy vibrating screen 2YAC2460 was done. Connection of the vibrating screen frame was innovatively developed,using flange to connect the screen box and side plates, so the problems of cracks in screen box caused by the great welding stress could be solved. In actually application, life of the whole machine was longed and good effect was obtained. |
