Abstract:
      Experiment research on tungsten leaching have been investigated from black-white tungsten concentrate ore by hot pressure-leach, influence factors of alkali ore ratio, caustic soda, liquid-solid ratio, oxygen pressure, leaching temperature and leaching time on tungsten leach have been mainly analyzed. The results show that tungsten leach ratio was increased with alkali ore ratio added from 20% to 45%. Tungsten leach ratio was also increased with caustic soda addition, when caustic soda addition was highly than 390g, tungsten leach ratio was reached to above 93%. With liquid-solid ratio increased, tungsten leach ratio was increased from 87.43% to above 95%, but the optimization of liquid-solid ratio was at 3:1 which can improve the leaching ability of concentrate ore. Oxygen addition was not beneficial for tungsten leaching, the optimization of leaching temperature and leaching time was at 160℃ and 1h, respectively, while tungsten leach ratio was 95.55%.
