| Abstract: |
| The high temperature and high acid leaching residue from one factory contained an amount of silver of 401.6 g.t-1,zinc of 3.37%,lead of 20.41%,and sulfur of 12.52%.After analyzing the leaching residue and chemical properties of silver ,sodium sulfide was used in pretreatment of the residue, and the silver flotation index was improved by adding a combination reagent of butyl radical black catching agent and sodium diethyldithiocarbamate.By adopting the process of one rough-two refined-three sweep for treating zinc leaching slag, the grade of silver concentrate achieved 2017.45g.t-1,and the recovery was 78.44%. |
