Abstract:
There is a tremendous responsibility involved in environmental supervision of the staple industrial solid waste (SISW). The development of Pollution Source Environmental Risk Assessment System (PSERAS) of SISW is one of important contents that are the establishment of solid waste management and technology system. In this paper, the methodology for the Pollution Source Environmental Risk Assessment of the SISW is compared systematically and five main risk assessment methods are summarized and compared. They are life cycle assessment, safety checklist assessment, probabilistic risk assessment, fuzzy logic assessment and analytic hierarchy process. Because of the characteristic and risk assessment requirement of pollution sources of the SISW, the method of comprehensive using of fuzzy logic assessment and analytic hierarchy process was proposed. This method provided useful reference for the developing environmental risk assessment system of the SISW.
