Abstract:
With NiO, Fe2O3 and Cu、Ni as the main raw material, the preparation of Cu-Ni- NiFe2O4-10NiO and copper with nickel alloy/ NiFe2O4-10NiOmetal ceramic sample by using high energy ball mill-solid phase sintering, researched the sample thing phase composition, microstructure and its volume density, static heat corrosion rate, thermal shock resistance and electrical conductivity.Research shows that, alloy Powder added can improve metal overflow phenomenon and improve the physicochemical properties of the material. Compared with Cu-Ni- NiFe2O4-10NiO metal ceramics, Alloy powder evenly with embedded in the ceramic phase, reducing the potential barrier between grain boundary effect, make carriers are more likely to through the grain boundary and improve the sample conductivity, measured conductivity of the sample is 60.7 S/cm at850℃;increased the material cause of density; the high temperature resistant and cryolite molted salt resistance static corrosion rate is low, average corrosion rate drop of 11.32 mm/year; improved thermal shock resistance of the sample.
