| Abstract: |
| From the point of view of how the slag cleaning electric furnace dealing with smelting slag and converter slag, the paper analysis the existing problems of electric furnace and put forward a side-blown Technology transformation process. At the same time, transform the proportion of the length and diameter of the electric furnace, add a front bath so that the fuel injected, heat preserved, solid reductant fuel injected, therefore reducting function is strengthened. This is a new process of weak reducting atmosphere. By the way of transforming the shape of electric furnace and side-blowing reductant, the magnetic iron content is reduced and the slag flow is improved, thus the slag and S are separated better. Therefore the copper content of slag is reduced. |
