Abstract:
In leaching process of molybdenum from Mo-bearing black shale, there are two key steps for molybdenum leaching including oxidation and dissolution. In this paper, the theory of oxidative alkaline leaching of Mo-bearing black shales was analyzed and molybdenum concentration-pH figure was drawn. Several experiment were done on the basis of this theory and the experimental results show that the leaching rate of molybdenum under the different pH of the leaching system of Mo-bearing black shale was consistent with the lg[Mo]T-pH diagram under the condition of 150℃,3 hours, 500 r/min, oxygen pressure of 1.2Mpa.
