| Abstract: |
| In this paper, the industrial calcium preparation by the method of the electrolytic and the thermal reduction are sketched, and the process, devices and progress of the high purity calcium preparation by the vacuum distillation are emphasized. It is difficult to prepare high purity calcium metal by the electrolytic method or the thermal reduction method. The 99.999% (5N) ultra-high purity calcium can be obtained by the vacuum distillation using the industrial calcium as the raw material. |
