Abstract:
The leaching behavior of nickel during pressure acid leaching of nickel-rich residue of black shale was discussed in this study. The effect of sulfuric acid concentration, temperature, time, liquid to solid ratio and stirring speed on leaching efficiency of nickel was investigated. The results showed that more that 97% of nickel could be extracted under the optimum conditions (sulfuric acid concentration of 160 g?L-1,temperature of 130 ℃,time of 4 h,liquid- to- solid ratio of 3:1 and stirring speed of 600 r?min-1). The process proposed has been realized high-efficiency leaching of nickel in the nickel-rich residue of black shale.
