| Abstract: |
| The melting temperatures of smelting reduction slag compositions of CaO-MgO-FeO-Al2O3-SiO2-P2O5 with basicity (mass ratio of CaO to Al2O3)ranging from 0.8 to 1.4、 Al2O3 ranging from 6.4% to 12.4、P2O5 ranging 0% to 3% and the content of MgO、FeO fixed as 4%、12% respectively, of which Accorded to the characteristic and process conditions of Huimin high-phosphorus iron smelted by smelting reduction, were measured using IST-1600PC Melting Temperature Measuring Apparatus, The research results showed that the effect of slag basicity on melting temperature tended to be consistent, the Melting Temperature Firstly decreased and then increased with increasing the slag basicity at a fixed P2O5 or Al2O3 content, and the minimum values were reached and were Proportional to the content of P2O5 or Al2O3 as slag basicity was 1.0; the Melting Temperature values appeared inflection point at a fixed slag basicity or P2O5 content; the Melting Temperature increased with increasing P2O5 content at a fixed slag basicity or Al2O3. |
