| Abstract: |
| In consideration of the high clay content of the gold extraction tailings and the small size of the gold-bearing mineral particles, the gold extraction tailings were first ground to powder ore of 84.3% -200 mesh and then a certain amount of binder and NaCN solution were added to the powder ore for granulation and a small unit of industrial granulated heap leaching was taken to simulate industrial granulated heap leaching. To ensure good permeability of the ore heap and diffusibility of the solution, the binder ratio of the mineral particle and the dripping strength of the leaching solution were studied, providing effective methods and technical parameters for strengthening the solid-liquid interface mass transfer process and improving the leaching speed and leaching rate of gold. |
