| Abstract: |
| Use of the analysis of SEM, XRD, EDS, research on No. 6 blast lining damage investigation and microscopic analysis. No.6 blast longevity main reason is lining good thermal conductivity and Ti (C N) protection. And lead to furnace lining damage is the main reason of the thermal stress function, molten iron, K, Na, Pb and Zn of carbon brick of erosion, and the erosion is more serious than the Na, K. Metallic lead mainly gaseous and liquid simple substance form, through the brick lining of the original porosity on penetration, be filled with brick lining dense structure. |
