Abstract:
      The principle of energy dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence (EDXRF) spectral analysis and the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis are described. Qualitative analysis is realized through Spectrum processing, including spectrum smoothing, background subtraction, seeking peaks, energy scale and spectrum fitting. The matrix effect has been overcome by fundamental parameters (FP) method. We develop the EDXRF software with delphi according to the above methods. Verifying by experiments, the software achieve the expected function. Also, the analysis results meet the request of design precision.
