Abstract:
Ore samples are taken from the lead-zinc mine in Lanping, the Pb grade of run-of-mine is 2.84%, with oxidation rate of lead was 91.7%, belong to difficulty to chosen oxide minerals. Through the process mineralogical study of the crude ore, explored the kind of Pb mineral and associated relations of each other. Combined with mineralogical process study, formulate the test flow of exploration and reagent system. Finally, determined the grinding fineness was -0.074mm accounted for 94.6%. The optimum reagent system was that the dosage of sodium carbonate was 1000g/t, the dosage of sodium silicate was 1000g/t, the dosage of the Ethyl xanthate was 60g/t and the dosage of butylamine aerofloat was 50g/t in the galena flotation. The effect was good to use xanthate sulphide method in the lead oxide flotation, the dosage of the Na2S was 2kg/t, and the dosage of the butyl xanthate was 100g/t. According to the condition of the test to determine the Closed-circuit test, obtain the final concentration index, the grade of lead concentrate was 23.41%, and the grade of the silver was 805.76 g/t.
