| Abstract: |
| The paper carry on an industrial test research about inflatable flotation machines KYF for potassium ore. The original 8 SF-8 small flotation machine were replaced by 2 inflatable flotation machine KYF-50, and the operating index tests such as aeration quantity, suction slurry ability, operation current, pulp suspension capacity measurement and automatic liquid level control also have been done, under the condition of the final concentrate grade was 26.69%, the recovery was 93.27%, which satisfied the industrial test requirements. The results show that inflatable flotation machine meets the aeration quantity, dispersion requirements of sylvite flotation. It lays a solid foundation for sylvite flotation machine upsizing, for the reason that facility upsizing can reduce the number of flotation machine, and have the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and liquid level system configuration reasonable. |
