Abstract:
Recovery of phosphorus mineral from throwing tailing of vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite in Chengde was investigated with flotation method. Grinding fineness, gas charge, depressant dosage, pH value, collector dosage and roughing time were researched to obtain suitable test conditions. It was shown that phosphorus concentrate with yield of 2.35%, P2O5 grade of 38.34%, and P2O5 recovery of 91.94% could be prepared by the close-circuit flotation test of one roughing, two concentrating and two scavenging with sodium silicate as depressant, DB-1 as collector. Results showed that recovery of phosphorus minerals in the dry-discarding from Vanadium-Bearing Titano-magnetite in Chengde could be realized.
