| Abstract: |
| The moveable fracturing fluid blending device cannot work in winter in the Northeast of China , the device that can work under -20?C temperature can not been found in our country. The insulation tank is adopted, and the small inner space problem caused by insulation tank is solved by the integration blending technology which is put forward in this paper. A movable blending device, which can work under cold temperature, was built and applied in Daqing oilfield in 2011. More than one-year- production shows that the device has many advantages, such as fine quality, intelligent process, convenient transportation, especially, it can work under -30C temperature. |
