| Abstract: |
| 183: In order to eliminate the detrimental effect of silicon on bauxite and raise the A/S ratio, we dissolve silicon by low-pressure autoclave after mineral was roasted half an hour at 1180℃ by electric furnace. The optimal conditions are as follow: dissolving temperature is 120℃,dissolving time is 15 min, liquid-solid ratio is 10/1 and concentration of NaOH solution is 40%. The dissolved rate of silica can reach 42%. A/S ratio can rise from 2.52to 5.03 |
