| Abstract: |
| ABSTRACT:The iron ore in Yunnan province belongs to mixed iron ore containing 43.44?, mainly occuring in the form of magnetite and hematite or limonite. The content of detrimental elements such as S, P and As, are relatively low, which has no impact on the utilization of the ore. Through study on the mineralogy, the process of low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation at the grinding fineness of 80% -200mesh is proposed and an iron concentrate assaying 61.55% Fe can be obtained at the recovery of 85%; a higher grade concentrate will be achieved when increasing the grinding fineness to some degreed. |
