| Abstract: |
| This paper mainly study on the factors which affect lance inerting deep of top-blowing furnace molten pool.Strating from the theoretical analysis ,experiments have been taken to research the factors which are the slag type、back pressure、 end pressure and melt temperature;Among the slag type:MgO、Fe3O4、Fe/SiO2 may be main factors.And drawing some important conclusions :when end pressure is above 10 kp, temperature is below 12100C and the content of MgO、Fe3O4、Fe/SiO2 are above 8%, 7.11-9.50% and above 1.01 respecticely,they have greatest impact on lance position. |
