| Abstract: |
| Based on low grinding performances of mill ball ratio in Pan Long Lead and Zinc Ore, the paper explored the influence of steel ball diameter and ratio on the milling performances. The grinding results of diameter 20mm test or φ25:φ20:φ15=2:6.7:1.3 ratio test are the best .It was shown that it was related to the ball power and the hitting number of balls, when the ball power sufficient, the lager number of balls and the better milling performances there are. And the experience calculation of ball ratio was proved referable. The research provides direction to optimize ball ratio of the mill on Pan Long Lead-Zinc Ore. |
