Abstract:
      HAO Baohong YANG Jiao LIU Jing#$NL(Department of Mechanical Engineering, Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology, Beijng 102617, China)#$NL: The sintering experiment in different temperature of the heterosexual Nano with various morphologies which obtained by hydrothermal method is made in this paper. Experimental results show that the transformation of precursor occurrence were different in different sintering temperature. The generation is Y - Al2O3 cubic lattice when Sintering temperature is 700 ℃. When the sintering temperature is 1100 ℃, the generation is hexahedron a-Al2O3. It is found that the Nano AlOOH after surface repair maintained the basic morphology invariance after sintering by scanning electron microscopy SEM and particle size detection. It overcomes the phenomenon including the breakage of length of whisker , the adhesion of flakiness and the particles sticking together after sintering. At the same time, it basically kept the good dispersibility. It has important practical significance and economic value on industrial application.
