| Abstract: |
| In one copper–molybdenum ore, valuable minerals are chalcopyrite and molybdenite, content of Cu is 0.165%, content of Mo is 0.032%,in Neimenggu province. Oxidation tatio of copper and molybdenum is 2.44% and 0.92%, belong to primary sulphide ore. On the basis of ore property, dissemination characteristic and dissemination size of mineral, have researched on two different mineral processing flowsheet,one is bulk flotation, the other is Cu-Mo part-selective and part-bulk flotation. The end ,adopt the mineral processing flowsheet of Cu-Mo part-selective and part-bulk flotation, regrinding molybdenum rough concentrate, multi-stage cleaning. The results of closed-circuit test is the yield of cu concentrate is 0.645%, content is 21.66%, recovery is 84.69%; the yield of Mo concentrate is 0.055%, content is 46.78%, recovery is80.89%. |
