Abstract:
      To optimize the process of microwave sintering chromite fines, this paper chooses sintering temperature, sintering time and accessing amount of adhesive as variable. Using single factor experiment, determine that the optimum technological conditions for microwave sintering chromite fines is sintering temperature 1100℃,holding time 0 min, andaccession amount of adhesive 2%, by applying response surface methodology. Under this condition,the compressive strength of sinter ore can reach to 11000N, and the drop number is 93.91%. The experimental results show that applying response surface methodology to optimize the process is stable and feasible, and can provide a new way for sintering chromite fines .
