| Abstract: |
| Dong Anshan refractory carbonaceous iron ore can be separated effectively by Step-by-step flotation. But the middlings containing siderite got from the first step flotation with iron grade around 40% is still worthwhile to recover. According to the results of technological mineralogy study on the middlings, the article recycled the middlings by anionic reverse flotation process. Through research on anionic reverse flotation condition tests of middlings containing siderite, suitable flotation conditions were got, then open-circuit and closed-circuit tests were carried out separately, in which the concentrate with grade of 56.20% and recovery of 57.10% was gained in finally, its content of SiO2 was 8.14%. The concentrate can met to the requirements of industry application. |
