| Abstract: |
| The optimum dispersant that can disperse the iron ore containing carbonate was determined by type and dosage conditional tests of organic dispersants. The optimum dispersant was NM-1, and its optimum dosage was 200g/t. One roughing-two cleaners-one scavenger dispersion flotation process for Dong An Shan mixed magnetic concentrate containing carbonte was proposed. The grade of iron concentrate obtained in close circuit test was 66.37%, and it recovery rate was 75.00%. This separation indexes was ideal, the dispersion flotation processes was simple as well. In this paper, DLVO theory was used to analyze the dispersion mechanism of the dispersant. |
