| Abstract: |
| It produces a certain amounts of byproduct copper slag in zinc hydrometallurgy. If reasonable recycling, it can produces certain economic and environmental benefits. This study discussed the time, temperature, oxygen concentration, solid-liquid ratio, stirring speed and sulfuric acid concentration influence on leaching of copper slag, the leaching rate of copper can reach more than 92%. Use the process of evaporation and concentration-hot filtration-evaporation and concentration-cooling crystallization to deal with the lixivium. After 4 times hot water backwashing, the quality of crystallization come up to the requirement of the industrial level 1 of copper sulfate. In the whole process the total recovery rate of copper come up to 86.9%. |
