| Abstract: |
| The electro-refining successive crystallization machine has been become a kind of key equipment in tin refining process. It has an advanced processing technique, but its operation has been in a mid-mechanization status up to now. It is necessary to build a dynamic model of the equipment, in order to research its control strategy. Because of many influence factors and strong coupling, the equipment is a multi-inputs and multi-outputs complicated system, and as its many parameters cannot be measured on-line so far, it is difficult to obtain its identification model. Therefore this paper carried out the dynamic mechanical modeling of the equipment by tin metallurgical principle, thermodynamics and dynamics, based on understanding its technique. Its feasibility and accuracy were verified. The results are very satisfied. |
