Abstract:
The process of oxidation first then hydrolysis precipitation was used in removing Sb from the high-antimony solution of zinc oxide leaching system in this paper. The effects of reaction time, addition amount of potassium permanganate, reaction temperature and the pH value of high-antimony solution on the removal rate of antimony were investigated. The experimental results indicated that 94% of antimony was removed from the high-antimony solution of zinc oxide under the condition of 45min reaction time, 50℃, pH 3.8 and 1.4 times theoretical addition amount of potassium permanganate, and that the antimony content of the residual solution was lower than 2mg/L.
