Abstract:
      Zinc dust precipitation process is an important step in extracting sponge cadmium from copper cadmium slag, the principle and production process of copper cadmium slag extraction of sponge cadmium are introduced. The temperature of replacement, consumption of zinc powder, reaction time, stirring intensity in zinc dust precipitation process are researched.The results show that: the sponge cadmium grade can reach 78.7%. Under the condition which the temperature was 50 ℃ and consumption of zinc powder 1.2 times of theory, stirring intensity was 80r/min, time of precipitation was 20min and clarification time is 40min.The zinc powder multipoint input method can reduce the sponge cadmium mixture phenomenon,improve the grade of product.
