Abstract:
For comprehensive recovering the low grade refractory polymetallic ore in Xinshan gentle dip deposit, Kafang, based on the process mineralogy, small-scale experiments and continuous separation tests , a combined process “sulphide bulk flotation- separate Cu/Mo from Bi/S of the bulk concentrates- separation between Cu and Mo, separation between Bi and S - scheelite flotation” has been conducted, and the industrialization construction of the 3000t/d concentrating plant has been developed. Although the raw ore grades of Bi and Mo are sharply decreasing with the concentrates not produced, the scheelite concentrates containing 50.76% WO3 with a recovery of 56.82% and the copper concentrates containing 9.93% Cu with a recovery of 62.33% could be obtained., which indicates a profound guiding significance and a wide application prospects.
