| Abstract: |
| A detailed beneficiation test of ilmenite ore from xuanwei area was studied. Based on the character of the grade of the iron in the crude ore is 27.25%, the grade of the TiO2 is 5.79%, and the form of the iron mainly is hematite, followed by ferric. Contrast some processes, we take the process of the “high gradient magnetic separation - spiral chute tailing – shaker”. Satisfying selecting targets are attained through close circuit test. The grade of the iron concentrate is 56.45% and the iron recovery is 62.52%. The grade of Ti of the titanium concentrate is 43.87%, and the recovery is 71.38%. |
