Abstract:
According to the actual situation of the high-phosphorus iron ore, the present paper studies the dephosphorization of high-phosphorus hot metal by using CaO-SiO2-FeO-Na2O-Al2O3 slag system. The results show that, under the same experimental conditions, when basicity of ω(CaO)/ω(SiO2) was 4, the effects of dephosphorization using Al2O3、Na2O and the mixture of Al2O3 and Na2O were better than that of using CaF2.The effects of dephosphorization with twice-joining slags were better than the effects of once-joining. When the composite flux with4% (Al2O3) and 2% (Na2O) was used, and was added twice, the dephosphorization rate reached 96%.
