| Abstract: |
| Based on the nature of lead-rich slag, the paper elaborated and analyzed slag leaded on factors such as the residue type, thermal system, quality and process operations .It combined production experience, to explore suitable blast furnace smelting slag type, air flow, the accuracy of ingredients and other related technical parameters. Finally ,it noted that only chose the residue type : Fe20%~22%, SiO219% ~ 21%, CaO14% ~16%, Zn11% ~ 13%, the amount of control of blast furnace 14500 ~15000m3 / h, and to constantly improve the accuracy of the ingredients in the lead silicate which contained a large number of lead-rich slag ,in order to achieve better melting index. |
