| Abstract: |
| In view of the high acid HNO3-Cu(NO3)2 system, this paper adopts the way of two stage extraction to recover copper by LIX984. Through the study of the optimization of the main factors influencing the extraction experiment , the first extraction optimum experiment conditions are obtained: the initial pH value of the aqueous phase is 2.0、the volume of extractant concentration is 30%、the phase ratio is 2:1、the extraction temperature is 25℃、time of agitating is 4mins; the second extraction optimum experiment conditions is : the initial pH value of the aqueous phase is 2.0、the volume of extractant concentration is 10%、the phase ratio is 1:1、the extraction temperature is 25℃、time of agitating is 2mins. At this time, the total recovery rate of copper reached 99.5%. Compared with copper nitrate electric product, precipitation and the displacement method, this technology has some advantages ,such as simple process、low cost、 high copper recovery and no secondary pollution ,etc. |
