| Delicate burden design is an important part of optimization sintering machine design . It is also an important controling link about Sintered ore component, Playing an particularly important role to sinter’s outcome and quality too. According to different chemical constitution 、different basic performance and different physical nature properly adjusts material’s burden ,those can increase of sintering value .Sintering burden effects directly sintering ore’s FeO content and basicity , it effects blast furnace’s head delivery and high-producing.So wo should pay specially attention to delicate design about burdening at begining.Through the analytic demonatration of delicate burden’s action at design and achieving economic performance in sintering, expounding delicate burden design is a effectiveness one among various paths to increase sinter’s economic performance as far as to whole steel mill.All designer should pay more attention to it and putting it into practice . |
