| Abstract: |
| Lix984N is adopted to extracting and separating Cu from impuritied in Zn, As,Fe, Sb copper sulfate solution, and Zn recovery in the study. And solved the problems of that such containing many impurities copper sulfate solution is difficult to purify and separate problems with conventional precipitating method. The research results are that:Cu extracting and separating with 3 levels extraction, 1 levels washing, 2 levels stripping, could produce the copper sulfate solution which zinc, As, Fe and Sb content are lower than 2 mg/L, and meets the requirements of copper electrodepositing . The raffinate is pre neutralized with CaCO3 to remove most of the As, Fe, Sb, then the solution precipitates Zinc with Na2CO3, to produce rich Zinc concentrate which Zn content is more than 40%. |
