Abstract:
Technology of magnetic roasting and separation for a high phosphorus oolitic hematite ore in Hubei was studied, which is mainly red limonite, harmful impurities phosphorus, silicon, aluminum content is high, it is difficult to obtain effective utilization. The results show that an iron concentrate with an iron grade of 57.17%. recovery of 82.74% and phosphorus content of 1.12?n be obtained under the conditions of grinding fineness less than -0.074mm occupying for 75%, coal powder content of 11%,calcination temperature of 800℃, calcination time of 30min. Magnetic concentrate using reverse flotation to enrich iron and reduce phosphorus, Through the Separation process, an iron concentrate with an iron grade of 60.53% . recovery of 70.22% and phosphorus content of 0.32% can be obtained.
