| Abstract: |
| The application of slurry electrolysis in the treatment of As-rich antimonic gold concentrate ores was studied. The results show that the optional leaching technique of concentrate is determined as follows: the electric quantity of 1.2 times the theoretical antimony, the temperature of 60℃, the time of 6h, the hydrochloric acid concentration of 30g/L, the ammonia chloride concentration of 200g/L, the iron ion concentration of 3g/L, the liquid to solid ratio of 20:1. Under these conditions, the comprehensive and pilot tests demonstrated that the leaching rate of antimony is up to 99%, meanwhile, gold and arsenic are remained in leached residue. The contents of antimony, arsenic and gold in the electrodeposition are Sb 98.5%, As 0.11%, Au 0.12g/t. The slurry electrolysis process is further proved to be effective and stable. |
