| Abstract: |
| In one copper-molybdenum tailings content of K2O is 4.28%, content of Na2O is 2.77%, in Neimenggu Province. After researched, use the flowsheet of desliming- intensity-magnetic separation- flotation to impurity removal- flotation feldspar. First,
desliming from the copper-molybdenum tailings. second, impurity removal of magnetic minerals in 15000kA/m magnetic field strength; The third, add sodium oleate and laurylamine to flotation of impurity removal, then add sulfuric acid to adjustment pulp pH value to 3.1,use BK440 collectors to flotation feldspar. Then obtain the feldspar concentrate product, the yield is 18.62%,K2O content is 8.62%,recovery of K2O is 37.88%;Na2O content is 4.39%, , recovery of Na2O is 29.00%. |
