Abstract:
Experiment research on tin recovery from tin middling mine by carbothermic reduct-sulfide volatilization was investigated. Influence factors of limestone addition, reducer addition, curing agent and reaction temperature have been mainly analyzed. The results show that the optimum experiment conditions of tin recovery is that 18% limestone, 6.3% coke powder reducer, 4.6% curing agent and 1250-1300℃ reaction temperature, tin content in slag can be reduce to 0.15%, with tin volatilization rate attain above 98% after 6h volatilization time.
