Abstract:
The leaching nickel residue was treated by alkaline pressure oxidation process for extracting molybdenum. The effects were studied of sodium hydroxide concentration, leaching time, leaching temperature, oxygen pressure and sodium carbonate substitution fraction on molybdenum leaching rate. The experimental results show that when sodium hydroxide concentration is 100 g/L, liquid-solid ratio is 3, leaching temperature is 80 ℃, leaching time is 2.0 h, oxygen pressure is 700 kPa, stirring speed is 500 r/min, the molybdenum leaching rate can reach over 97 %.
