| Abstract: |
| Abstracr: Rare earth carbonates with the facility in both deposition and leaching have been prepared by using industrial grade sodium carbonate. By controlling the precipitation conditions, the operation capacity of sodium carbonate processing can be increased up to the level of ammonium hydrogen carbonate processing. The oxides which are obtained from the above-prepared rare earth carbonates show the quality preceding the requirement in the relative state criterion. The two key impurities in the above oxides, Cl- and Na2O, can be smaller than 0.02% and 0.01% respectively. |
