| Abstract: |
| According to the principle of similitude, built up the hydrodynamics model, study on the effect to the mixing behavior and bubble recoil of different swirler position and blades. Using the high speed camera and PIV analyze the form of bubbles and the fluid flow in the bath. Studies show that when the blade numbers of swirler are 6, and the position of swirler to the head of the lance is 9 cm, it will get the best result. The conclusion gets verification during the lance design in the production. |
