| Abstract: |
| Introduces the technique of copper dross treatment by rich oxygen top-blown furnace, through burdening the copper dross does high temperature reduction smelting in the rich oxygen top-blown furnace, and then output lead bullion, rich lead slag and lead copper matte. Production practice shows that the method only using coal as fuel and reductant, low energy consumption, low cost; and it can reach the bed capacity of 55~60 t?m-2?d-1, lead recovery of 97~98%, the flue gas can used in the acid making, it opens a new route for the treatment of copper dross. |
