| Abstract: |
| Rotary hearth furnace (RHF) is the key equipment of vanadium titano-magnetite comprehensive utilization. In order to promote the RHF running efficiently, orthogonal experiments have been carried out. Carbon-containing vanadium titanium magnetite pellets are used as materials and reduction rules including temperature, reacting time as well as carbon adding amount have been tested in a large scale. On this basis, the reasonable process parameters are chosen and at the same time, it provides the theoretical support for RHF industrial production. |
