Abstract:
Employing bauxite ore and ammonium sulfate raw materials , Al3 and Fe3 were extracted from bauxite ore by the method of ammonium sulfate roasting. The optimum technological conditions, which could guarantee the extraction of Al3 more than 98% and the extraction of Fe3 more than 88%,were figure out through single-factor experiment to be: molar ratio of ammonium sulfate-to-bauxite 4.4,reaction temperature of low 300℃, reaction time 60min; reaction temperature of high 450℃, reaction time 60min.To make the aluminum, iron, silicon which in the bauxite had been separated effectively.
